  • 4 years seasoning for FC, SS, BK, DIL
  • Owner-occupied & 2nd homes
  • Interest-only 30yr/40yr available
  • Cash-out – $500K maximum
  • Cash-out can be used to meet reserves
  • 30yr fixed, 5/1 & 7/1 options
