We are the only lender exclusively offering non-QM to make Scotsman Guide’s Top Mortgage Lender overall rankings. We are happy to pat ourselves on the back for the latest accolades to come our way! We were mentioned three times in the June edition making it on the Top Account Executive list, Top Wholesale Volume #11, and Top Overall Volume #51. Angel Oak’s Steve Arnold made the list of the top 100 Account Executives. Steve is only non-QM exclusive AE to make the list. 

We have worked hard to get to where we are today – leaders in the non-QM space. We have pioneered non-QM through educating the industry and offering innovative mortgage products that have made a difference to many people.
